They Don’t Care About Us - Christopher Kudyahakudadirwe

They talk about us
On political podia
As if they care about us
Their promises
Never ever fulfilled
Each season they come with new ones
New ones to persuade us
To send them back
To the seats of power
Where they care for their cronies
Our concerns concealed
At the back of their minds
They don’t care about us
Not at all.
