A right-hand driving city
Of very patient drivers
Up in high altitude, devoid of heat
In our delightful room at Kenyatta University
We have forgotten the sounds of air conditions
And enjoy walks in a beautiful African University
Plentiful food, graciously served
Friendly people used to receiving visitors
When they say sawa-sawa, you know it is alright
We walked the streets of Nairobi
It is an African city no doubt
But with a marked difference
Karibu!
